It is possible to disable an option. In the rare instance you may need this
functionality, follow these steps:

Within the system setup function, select

Basic System.

Select

Option Activation

. The Option Activation screen displays.

In the entry field next to the option to be disabled, type “

” followed by the

existing option code. The corresponding option will then be disabled.

To re-enable the option, remove the “

” preceding the disabled option code.
