. If working with a Revision 0, 1, or 2 table rail, the PET Plug,

P/N 2342038, is installed in the fifth access hole from the front of the table.

. Use the following hardware to install the PET Plug into the hole in the rail:

a.) Insert the plug from the inside of the table.
b.) Fasten the nuts and washers to the rail exterior and screws to the rail interior.
