APPENDIX E: SECURE CONNECTION FOR LOGICLINX

NOTE

The Port Number may be any unused port number on the D20MX between 1 and
65535.
Result: The LogicLinx configuration appears as shown in the following screen.

Generate and synchronize this configuration to the target D20MX.

PuTTY configuration

To establish a secure tunnel using PuTTY:
1.

Start PuTTY.

In the PuTTY Configuration dialog box, select

Connection

SSH

Tunnels

Under Port forwarding leave

Local ports …

and

Remote ports…

unchecked.

Under Add new forwarding port: in the Source Port box type

TCP port number on your PC.
