TABLET OPERATION
All the complex settings for correctly crimping hose ends and couplings are built
into the tablet that runs the Gates GC20 Cortex.
NOTE
If you have not already set up the tablet and Gates GC20 Cortex,
ADMINISTRATOR AND OPERATOR ACCOUNTS
You can set up the tablet and the Gates GC20 Cortex with Administrator and
Operator accounts during initial setup or at any time after setting up.
Setting
up Administrator and Operator accounts is not required to use the tablet
or crimper.
The Gates GC20 Cortex assigns a PIN (personal ID number) to Administrators or
Operators, rather than a password.
