LUBRICATE DIE SETS WITH MOLYKOTE “G”, PART 7482-3011

In addition to inspection, periodically you may need to re-lubricate the fingers

of the die sets with a thin coat of Molykote “G” grease.

Clean and degrease the fingers of the die set thoroughly to remove the old

grease and any dirt adhering to them.

Re-grease the die set fingers using a thin coat of Molykote “G” grease.

INSPECT HOSE ASSEMBLIES

Each month, inspect both hose assemblies that connect the crimper and

pump (inspect more often with severe use). These include the high-pressure

hose and the return hose, both of which run from the solenoid/manifold at

the back of the crimper to the pump.
