Planning and riding a route on Garmin connect
Before you can download a course from Garmin connect, you must have a Garmin connect account. for
more information, see chapter 2, p. 10.
on your computer:
1.
connect the device to your computer using the
usB cable. Go to www.garminconnect.com and
sign in.

create a new course by selecting

course
on the top left of your screen

, or select
an existing course by clicking on it

, then on
view Details. you can also choose a course that
has already been ridden by someone else or by
yourself, and compete with the results (see virtual
racer page 38).
5.
if necessary, create your course with the map.

send to device
on the top right of your
screen.
Disconnect the device, and turn it on.
