to left platen.

with a clean, sanitizer-
soaked grill cloth,
starting from right to left

rinse inner edges of both
platens; then, raise.

• Wipe back of lower grill
with a clean, sanitizer-
soaked grill cloth.

• Pour a small amount of
lukewarm water on a
clean, sanitizer-soaked
grill cloth over the
bottom grill surface and
wipe off residue.

• Place upper platen
Release Material sheets

• Gently clean both sides
of the Release Material
sheets with the KAY Grill
Cleaning Pad Holder.
