• Operation: Please refer to detailed instructions of
the manual:
• Place the gear lever in idle speed.
• Lift the spur so that the blades do not touch the
ground.
• Check that the wheels and its blocking elements
are in place and correctly installed.
• Place the air lever in the correct position.
• Control the speed of the engine with the
accelerator.
4. MACHINE SYMBOLS
In order to guarantee safe and proper use and main-
tenance of the machine, the following symbols appear
on the machine.
DANGER
Contact with the rotating blades will cause serious
injury. Keep hands, feet, and clothing away while the
engine is running.
To avoid severe damages:
• Read the manual carefully before starting the
machine.
• Understand how the machine works and its
controls.
• Maintain all security elements and protecting
elements in place and in good shape.
• Do not allow underage people and/or those who do
not understand how the machine works to use the
machine.
• Turn the engine off before carrying out any
maintenance work on the machine.
• Maintain non users well away from the machine.
• Maintain well away from all cutting elements when
the machine is working.
• Be extremely careful when putting the machine in
reverse or when pulling the machine towards you.
• Petrol is inflammable and explosive. When refilling,
stop the engine, avoid heat sources and flames.
• Operation of this equipment can create sparks
that can cause fires around dry vegetation.
• Lightning rod may be required
• The operator should contact local fire agencies
to learn about fire laws or regulations.
• Prevention requirement
The wheels act as a brake:
• Never use the machine with the wheels unblocked.
Be sure that the blocking elements of the wheels
are in place before using the machine.
• The wheels act as a brake maintain the speed of
the machine. Only disconnect the wheels when the
machine is not working.
