Right to configure the KVM switch
How to change the right to view and edit the configuration of the KVM switch:
1. Press Ctrl+Num (default) to open the on-screen display.
2. Press F11 to open the Configuration menu.
3. If you want to change this right of a user account, select the row Users . To change
this right for a user group, select the row User groups .
4. Press Enter .
5. Select the user account or user group whose right you want to change and press F5 .
6. Select the row Config rights and press Enter .
7. Select the row Mux config and press F8 to select one of the following options:

Right to log on via »Config Panel« web application
The Config Panel web application offers a graphical user interface to configure the
KVM switch. It provides an alternative to configuring the KVM switch via the
device’s on-screen display at the user console.
How to change the right to log on via
Config Panel
web application:
1. Press Ctrl+Num (default) to open the on-screen display.
2. Press F11 to open the Configuration menu.
3. If you want to change this right of a user account, select the row Users . To change
this right for a user group, select the row User groups .
4. Press Enter .
5. Select the user account or user group whose right you want to change and press F5 .

IMPORTANT: For using the web application, the user accounts or user groups have
to be assigned with the WebIf Login right.
