The KVM switch
The KVM switch DP1.2-MUX3-ATC lets users operate up to three computers from
one workstation.
The workstation is equipped with a keyboard and mouse as well as a DisplayPort™
monitor. The computers connected to the KVM switch are operated centrally at the
workstation.
The KVM switch switches DP1.2 signals without delay ( instant switching ) if the same
frame resolution and refresh rate is applied to the channels.
Switching to one of the computers connected to the KVM switch can also be carried
out via

the buttons on the device,

configured select keys ,

configured step keys ,

a serial device,

the web application Config Panel

the switching tool EasyControl ,

XML control,

or SNMP.
Two USB 3.0 interfaces are available on the front of the device for operating any
USB device. The connected USB devices are available at the active computer.

NOTE: You can connect computers with up to two video outputs to the MC2 vari-
ant of the KVM switch. The video signals from these computers are displayed on
two separate monitors at the workstation.
NOTE:
The KVM switch works with full keyboard and mouse emulation on each
channel and guarantees error-free booting of the connected computers at all times.
IMPORTANT: Each computer you want to connect requires an individual KVM
cable set.
