1.4 DOTAZIONE A CORREDO ED
ACCESSORI SPECIALI
L'allestimento di base della macchina,
prevede la fornitura dei seguenti
dispositivi:
- n. 1 Mozzo con lame liscie;
- n. 1 Paletta in legno per togliere il
prodotto lavorato dalla vasca;
- n. 1 Pietra smeriglia per affilare le
lame;
- n. 1 Copia del catalogo delle parti di
ricambio con disegno esploso;
- n. 1 Copia del manuale di istruzioni
per l'uso e la manutenzione;
- n. 1 Certificato di garanzia da far
convalidare dal rivenditore e da inviare
entro 8 giorni alla Casa Costruttrice.
1.5 DISPOSITIVI DI SICUREZZA -
ELETTRICI E MECCANICI
Questa macchina, come tutti i nostri
prodotti è stata progettata e realizzata
per offrire la massima sicurezza
operativa congiuntamente alle migliori
prestazioni, facilità d'uso ed elevata
affidabilità. Tutti i dispositivi di
sicurezza sono integrati nella struttura
della macchina per assicurarne il più
elevato livello di affidabilità ed
inviolabilità.
- L a macc hina è d otata d i
microinterrutori di sicurezza che ne
bloccano il funzionamento se il
coperchio (D - Figura 2), non è
correttamente posizionato. Tali
dispositivi, sono posti a protezione
delle mani dell'operatore, affinché
anche con azione volontaria non
possa raggiungere gli organi da taglio
in movimento.
I comandi di marcia ed arresto
attivano le corrispondenti funzioni
della macchina attraverso una
interfaccia di comando dotata di un
trasformatore di isolamento (CEI 14-6)
a bassa tensione di sicurezza (24 V)

elettromagnetico che provvede
all'avviamento della macchina
attivando il circuito di potenza.

l'avviamento spontaneo dopo ogni
interruzione o variazione della
tensione di alimentazione, rendendo
necessario un comando volontario di
avviamento (riarmo), al fine di
prevenire ogni condizione di pericolo
dovuta al riavviamento spontaneo
conseguente al ripristino della
tensione di rete. I comandi sono

accidentale.
- Protezione termica del motore.
- Protezione mediante fusibile del
circuito ausiliario a bassa tensione.
L'impianto elettrico è realizzato in
conformità delle norme europee CEI
EN 60204-1 (CEI 44-5 § 44-6
Fascicoli 2119 E &1364).

The standard equipment supplied with
the machine includes the following:
1 hub with smooth blades
1 wooden spatula for removing
products worked in the mixing tub
1 grinding stone for sharpening the
blades
1 copy of the spare parts catalogue
with exploded-view diagrams
1 copy of the instructions manual for
use and maintenance
1 warranty certificate - to be validated
by the retailer/agent and returned to
the manufacturer
within 8 days.

MECHANICAL SAFETY DEVICES
Like all other products manufactured
by Us, this machine was designed and
constructed to ensure maximum safety
during operation together with high
levels of performance, simplicity in
operation and a high degree of
reliability. All safety devices are
incorporated in the structure of the
machine to ensure a high level of
reliability and inviolability.
The machine is fitted with micro
switches, which will impede operation
if the cover (D - fig.2) is not positioned
correctly. These devices are used to
protect the operator's hands in such a
way that, even if a deliberate attempt
is made to bring the hands into close
contact with the cutting parts in
movement, access to this part of the
machine will not be possible.
The start and stop controls switch the
machine on or off through a command
interface equipped with a low-voltage
(24V), safety, insulation transformer
(CEI 14-6), which feeds an electro-
magnetic contactor that starts the
machine by switching on the power
circuit.
This type of circuitry impedes
spontaneous starting after every
interruption or variation of the power
supply voltage, making it necessary to
have voluntary start commands
(resetting) so as to prevent any
dangerous situation caused by
spontaneous re-starting when mains
voltage is supplied to the machine.
The controls are protected against
accidental use.
- Thermal protection of the motor.
- Protection by means of a fuse in the
low-voltage auxiliary circuit.
The electric system is designed in
conformity with European regulations
CEI EN 60204-1 (CEI 44-5 § 44-6
sections 2119 E & 1364).
- The mechanical safety devices,
incorporated in the structure of the
machine to provide the highest
possible degree of intrinsic safety and

1.5 ELEKTRISCHE UND
MECHANISCHE
SICHERHEITSVORRICHTUNGEN
Wie alle unsere Produkte wurde auch
diese Maschine nach dem Stand der
Technik und den anerkannten
sicherheitstechnischen Regeln gebaut,
um hohe Leistungen, Zuverlässigkeit,
einfache Benutzung und maximale
Sicherheit bei der Bedienung
gewährleisten zu können.
Alle Sicherheitsvorrichtungen sind in
die Maschinenstruktur integriert,
sodaß sie zuverlässig und gut
geschützt sind.
- Sicherheits-Mikroschalter schalten
die Maschine aus, wenn der Deckel
(D- Abb. 2) nicht richtig positioniert ist.
Diese Vorrichtungen schützen die
Hände des Bedienungsmannes, damit
di eser die sich bewegenden
Schneidelemente auch nicht gewollt
erreichen kann.
Die Start-/Stop-Tasten aktivieren die
entsprechenden Maschinenfunktionen
ü b e r e i n e m i t e i n e m
Isolationstransformator (CEI 14-6) mit
24V Niederspannung ausgestattete
S t e u e r s c h n i t t s t e l l e , d i e e i n
elektromagnetisches Kontaktglied
speist, das die Maschine durch die
A k t i v i e r u n g d e s
Leistungsstromkreises einschaltet.
Diese Schaltung verhindert ein
selbsttätiges Wiedereinschalten nach
einer Unterbrechung oder Änderung
der Speisespannung, und in diesem
Fall ist ein neuerlicher Startbefehl
erforderlich, sodaß keine Gefahr durch
ein durch die Wiederherstellung der
N e t z s p a n n u n g a u t o m a t i s c h e s
Wiedereinschalten besteht. Die
Steuereinrichtungen sind gegen
unbeabsichtigte Betätigung geschützt.
- Motorschutzschalter.
- Schutz des Hilfsstromkreises mit
N i e d e r s p a n n u n g d u r c h
Schmelzsicherung.
Die elektrische Anlage entspricht den
europäischen Normen CEI EN 60204-
1 (CEI 44-5 § 44-6 Faszikel 2119 E &
1364).
