Detaillierte Angaben zum Anschließen
der Maschine wurden bereits in
a n d e r e n A b s c h n i t t e n d i e s e s
Handbuches gegeben.
Diese zusätzlichen Informationen sind
ausschließlich für spezialisiertes
technisches Personal bestimmt, daß
eine Änderung am Stromanschluß
z w e c k s Ä n d e r u n g d e r
Betriebsspannung von 380 auf 220 V
und umgekehrt vornehmen kann. Soll
die Betriebsspannung von 380 V
Drehstrom auf 220 V Drehstrom
geändert werden (Abb. 6), ist wie folgt
vorzugehen:
- Der Drehstrommotor 380V 50Hz hat
zwei Bündel mit je drei Kabeln mit drei
verschiedenen Farben.
- Die drei verschiedenfarbigen Leiter
sind utereinander kurzgeschlossen
und befinden sich ein einer Klemme
oder einer Kappe.
- Die anderen drei Kabel sind direkt an
die Schnittstellenkarte angeschlossen.
- Für den Anschluß für 220V-
Drehstromspannung sind die drei
miteinander verbundenen Kabel zu
trennen.
- Drei Kabelpaare mit jeweils der
selben Farbe bilden, und diese an die
Endstücke der Karte mit den Siglen
U - V - W anschließen. Danach das
Kabel zwischen den Referenzen 0 -
380 neu anschließen, und ein Ende an
den neuen Wert 220 versetzen.

5.3 CONSERVAZIONE DELLA
MACCHINA - LUNGHI PERIODI DI
INATTIVITA'
Dovendo lasciare inattiva la macchina
per un lungo periodo di tempo, si
dovrà provvedere alla accurata pulizia
ed igienizzazione.
Proteggerla dalla polvere mediante un
panno pulito ed asciutto escludendo la
ricopertura con un sacchetto od un
foglio di materiale sintetico, al disotto
del quale, si potrebbero produrre
muffe e condensazione di umidità.

Queste ulteriori informazioni sono
rivolte esclusivamente al personale
tecnico specializzato, che potrà
eseguire una modifica al collegamento
elettrico originale per variare la
tensione di funzionamento da 400 a
230 V e viceversa. Volendo variare la
tensione di funzionamento predisposta
a 400 volt trifase per il funzionamento
a 230 V trifase, procedere nel modo
seguente:
- Il motore trifase 400 V 50 Hz è
provvisto di due fasci aventi tre cavi
ciascuno, di tre diversi colori. - I tre fili
di diverso colore sono cortocircuitati
fra loro e segregati in un cappuccio o
morsetto.
- Gli altri tre cavi sono direttamente
collegati alla scheda di interfaccia.
- Per ottenere il collegamento per la
tensione di 230 V trifase, separare i tre
cavi uniti fra loro.
- Abbinare tre coppie di cavi aventi il
medesimo colore, quindi ripristinare il
collegamento dei cavi così raggruppati
a i t e r m i n a l i d e l l a s c h e d a
contrassegnati con i riferimenti U1 -
V1 - W1. - Procedere in fine al nuovo
collegamento del cavetto posto a
ponte fra i riferimenti 0 - 400
s p o s t a n d o u n a e s t r e m i t à i n
corrispondenza del nuovo valore 230
(Figura 9).
Dopo l'esecuzione di collegamenti
eseguire il collaudo funzionale ed il
controllo del corretto senso di
rotazione del motore.

connection of the machine are given in
other sections in this manual.
The data indicated below is for
specialized technicians, who can
make a modification in the original
electric connection to vary the
operation voltage from 400V to 230V
and vice versa.
If the voltage has to be changed from
400V three-phase to 230V three-
phase (fig. 8), proceed as follows:
- The 400V 50Hz three-phase motor
has two groups of cables each
containing three leads of three
different colours.
- The three wires with different colours
are short-circuited and separated
under a cover or terminal.
- The other three leads are directly
connected to the interface card.
- To make the connection for 230V
three-phase separate the three leads
that are joined.
- Combine three pairs of leads of the
same colour and then recreate the
connection of the leads matched in
this way to the terminals of the card
marked with the codes U -V -W.
- Finally, make the new connection of
the lead in the bridge position between
references 0 - 400, moving one end to
coincide with the new value (230).
After completing the connections run a
test and check for correct direction of
rotation of the motor.
