4.3 PULIZIA DELLA MACCHINA.
NOTA - Prima di procedere alla
pulizia della macchina, disporre
sullo 0/ZERO/OFF/DISINSERITO il
comando dell'interruttore di
alimentazione per la macchina ed
estrarre la spina afferrandola
opportunamente, evitando di
esercitare lo sforzo di trazione sul
cavo di alimentazione.
Indossare gli indispensabili guanti
protettivi a cinque dita per proteggere
le dita da possibili tagli dovuti alla

Mediante una spugna leggermente
imbevuta di una piccola quantità di
sostanza detergente ed igienizzante,
ovunque reperibile, procedere
all'accurata pulizia di tutti gli elementi
operatori della macchina, ripetendo
l'operazione sino al raggiungimento
del risultato voluto.
Asportare ogni residuo di sostanza
detergente utilizzando un panno-
spugna perfettamente pulito e solo
leggermente umido, risciacquandolo
frequentemente in acqua calda
corrente.
Non utilizzare detergenti abrasivi,
creme detergenti anticalcare, solventi
o diluenti; i residui di tali prodotti
possono contaminare pericolosamente
le sostanze alimentari durante le
successive lavorazioni.
Non utilizzare abrasivi sintetici o
pagliette metalliche che potrebbero
4.3 CLEANING THE MACHINE
N.B. Before starting to clean the
machine, turn the machine power
switch to the 0 (ZERO) position and
pull the plug out gently, making
sure you do not pull on the power
feed cable.
Protective, five-finger gloves are
indispensable when handling the
cutting blades, which are very sharp.
Remove the cover, holding it with both
hands and making it turn in the
counter-clockwise direction (fig.3).
Carefully extract the blade hub from
the tub and wash it thoroughly, taking
every precautionary measure as
described in paragraph 3.3. Hold the
tub with both hands and detach it,
making it turn in the counter-clockwise
direction (fig.8).
Remove any residual detergent, using
a perfectly clean, slightly damp cloth/
sponge, which
should be rinsed frequently in warm
running water.
Do not use abrasive detergents or
products/creams for removing
calcareous deposits. Do not use
solvents or diluents. Residual traces of
these products can contaminate the
foodstuffs introduced into the machine.
Do not use synthetic abrasives or
metal wool, which might damage the
machine surfaces besides producing
unsightly marks and scratching.

5.1 MAINTENANCE
The machine is constructed very
carefully and is fitted with high-quality
components such as the permanently

Fingerhandschuhe anziehen, um die
Finger bzw. die Hände vor den
scharfen Schneiden zu schützen; den
Deckel mit beiden Händen anfassen,
gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen
(Abb. 3) und abnehmen. Den
S c h n e i d e i n s a t z v o r s i c h t i g
herausnehmen und sorgfältig waschen
(dabei alle im Abschnitt 3.3
angeführten Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
beachten). Die Wanne mit beiden
Händen anfassen, gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn drehen und abnehmen
(Abb. 9).
Alle Arbeitselemente der Maschine mit
einem mit handelsüblichen Hygiene-
Reinigungsmittel leicht angefeuchteten
Schwamm sorgfältig reinigen, und
danach mit einem sauberen und nur
leicht angefeuchteten Schwammtuch,
das ö f t e r s u nter f l i eß end e m
Warmwasser ausgewaschen werden
m u ß , n a c h wi s c h e n , b i s a l l e
R e i n i g u n g s m i t t e l r ü c k s t ä n d e
vollständig entfernt sind.
K e i n e S c h e u e r m i t t e l ,
Entkalkungsmittel, Lösungsmittel oder
Verdünnungsmittel benutzen, da die
R ü c k s t ä n d e d e ra r t i g e r M i t t e l
gesundheitsgefährdend sind, und das
in der Folge bearbeitete Gemüse
vergiften könnten.
Keine synthetischen Scheuermittel
oder Metallbürsten o. ä. Gegenstände
zum Reinigen benutzen, da die
Oberflächen zerkratzt und beschädigt
werden könnten.
