3.14 IPS Alarm Bypass

Figure 3.14.1 IPS Inlet Pressure Switch

The furnace is equipped with a manual
ALARM BYPASS switch for each process
gas pressure sensor. The switches are located
on the PLC panel. Switch to Alarm Disable
to manually close the pressure switch contact
and bypass the alarm.

Caution: in the bypass position the
software will no longer detect and
alarm for low process gas pressure.

IPS Bypass switches are useful for
troubleshooting the system when gas pressure
is not available.
