Assembly and Setup

treadmills are shipped with handrail loose to be assembled in the field.
After you have unpacked the treadmill and installed the handrail, move it to the area by
rolling it on its front wheels.

CAUTION The treadmill weight is 450 lbs. This requires 2 people to safely remove from
pallet and locating the treadmill in the facility.

Initial Setup
Tools required for assembly

Allen wrench
1.
Remove treadmill from crate and remove foam material from handrail.
2. Slide right handrail over handrail bracket on treadmill frame.
3. Start 4~5/16-18 screws (Bolt pattern will line up when installed in the correct position).
4. Slide left handrail over handrail bracket on treadmill frame.
5. Start 4~5/16-18 screws (Bolt pattern will line up when installed in the correct position).
6. Slide upper handrail bracket into handrail legs and start 8~5/16-18 screws.
7. At this point tighten all 16~5/16-18 screws.
8. Plug the ESB Coil cord to ESB harness on motor pan.
