The number and type of LAN ports under
Onboard IO channels
are
adjusted automatically according to the server model you select. The
number of LAN ports and mezzanine/PCI cards cannot exceed the max-
imum possible value for the selected server model.

5.4.4.2 Configure Cards step (Edit Server Profile wizard)
Configure Cards
is the next step in the
Edit Server Profile
wizard.
In this step, you specify the number and type of mezzanine cards as well as
the number of I/O channels for each card and for onboard.

In the
Onboard
box you can specify the type and number of onboard ports to
be supported with this server profile. If you selected a server blade model
under
Preset values to use for server type
in the
Name
step, the number
and type of ports is initialized according to the model. You can adjust the
number for the server profile. However, you cannot exceed the maximum pos-
sible value for the selected server model.
