5-2-2. SPEED SETTING
Prior to version 2.1:
On the opening boot-up screen of your laminator the version number will show (see
WARM
UP). On versions prior to 2.1 the speed is not customer adjustable and is set at 40ipm. For this, and
other reasons, it is highly recommended to update the programming of the ALM3230. Consult your
dealer or the DryLam Tech-Line for details.
Version 2.1 and above:
1. On the “READY” screen press TEMP./SPEED button twice.
* The default is set at 40 ipm. This is only a power on default and may not be proper for some paper
stocks and thicknesses of film.
2. Press UP or DOWN button to set speed.
3. The speed can be set by 4"/min increments.
4. The speed display blinks. Press TEMP/SPEED button to confirm the speed.
5. Press TEMP/SPEED button again to return to the previous display.
