7 Problem Solving

Return the handle [2a] and [2b] to the original position.

Insert the transfer module completely (1) and turn the green handle [2] to the left (2).

Note

If you cannot turn the handle, pull out the transfer module halfway and insert it again.

Close the device front door.

Note

If the device front door is not completely closed, a message will appear and the device remains paused.

Paper Jams in the Bottom Right Door

When the following option is installed, perform the following procedure before opening the
bottom right door. If not, proceed to step 2.

When the C3 Finisher or the C3 Finisher with Booklet Maker is installed

1) Make sure that the device has stopped, and open the Transport Unit V1 front door.

2) Move the handle [1c] to the right.
