startup if the lines have air in them. Check that

6.2.2 Error Messages and Display Problems

in cook mode.

This display is normal for a short while if a large
batch of frozen product is added to the frypot or if
the fryer is not heating properly. If the issue
persists call your FAS for assistance.

410ºF (210ºC) or, in CE countries,
395ºF (202ºC).

Shut the fryer down immediately and call your
