Creating FRITZ!Box Users
Click the user name to control basic functions of this user ac-
count:
•
Change e-mail Address
Select the “Change e-mail Address” entry to assign a dif-
ferent e-mail address to the current user account.

Change the Password
With the “Change Password” entry you can change the
password of the current user account.

Logging off
Click “Log Off” here to leave the FRITZ!Box user inter-
face.
Log off of the FRITZ!Box user interface before you surf the
web with your browser. If you do not click on the
FRITZ!Box user interface for a period of longer than sixty
minutes, you will be logged off automatically.
Disabling FRITZ!Box Users
You can disable a user account without deleting it. The owner
of a disabled account can no longer access the FRITZ!Box.
You can neither delete nor disable the user account with
which you are currently logged in to the user interface of your
FRITZ!Box.
1.
In the user interface, open the “System / FRITZ!Box Us-
ers / User” menu.
2.
Click the “Edit” button for the user account to be dis-
abled.
3.
Remove the checkmark in front of the “User account en-
abled” option.
4.
Apply the change by clicking “OK”.
The user account has been disabled.
