Mechanical spindle with regulator
Dismouting: Take note of the location of the parts
1. Remove the (
0621)
and (
1245).
Pull out the spring (1015) and the ball (0623).
2. Remove seal (0087).
3. Remove the seeger circlip (1241).
4. Remove the cylinder cap (
1236)
.
5. Remove the dowel pin (
1240)
.
6. Remove the helix (
0283)
.
7. Take off the sloted case (
1238)
.
8. Remove the seeger circlip (
0016),
the clutch spring (
0018),
and unscrew the torque rod (
1239)
.
9. Push in the dowel pins (0204), untill they stick out of the coupling body (
1242).
10. Dismounting has finished.
Assembly
1. To assemble the clutch, we must have a tool to compress the spring (0018), so we can put the seeger
circlip (
1238) and the washer (0017).
2. Once this is mounted into the spindle, we introduce it into the cylinder (0211)
and we insert the three
dowel pins (
0204)
.
3. We now attach the cylinder cap (
1238)
from the attached drawing we can see that the edges of the
seeger circlip must go to the left of the edges of the coupling body (
1242)
.
4. We insert the helix (
0283)
making the three holes coincide and ensuring that the begining of the helix/
thread is in line with the edges.
5. nsert the dowel pin (
1240)
.
6. Place the cylinder cap (
1236).
7. Insert the seeger circlip (
1241)

8. Insert the screw (
0621)
the ball (
0623)
, the spring (
1015)
, and screw (
1245)
.
9. Insert the scraper seal (0087
)
