is 0xFE00_0000 to 0xFE7F_FFFF.

2.5.2

NAND Flash Memory

The MPC8313E has native support for NAND Flash memory through its NAND Flash control machine
(FCM). The MPC8313E RDB implements an 8-bit NAND Flash with 32 Mbyte in size.
