Operating instructions
1. Insert the module into the headend (the headend must be off).
2. Switch the headend ON; wait for the headend initialization (the Fracarro logo is displayed)
3. Connect the antenna cables to the relevant inputs
4. Press the V key and enter the menu; enter the user’s code (1234 by default) and press V again.
Now the headend will scan and find the present modules. Now you can program the unit as
specified from the page 7.
5. Check the output signal at the output connector of the headend with a field meter
6. Connect the distribution cable to the TV output connector.

Alternatively to item 4, you can use a PC to program the module by web interface.
The module can be reset to default parameters (see the control unit’s instructions). ATTEN-
TION: the default language is English.
After resetting, you can set the parameters again as default parameters might not meet your
needs.
The 3DG-2S2-2T unit is equipped with two front LEDs (red and green) which indicate the mo-
dule status (i.e. ON, under alarm, under lockage, under booting or programming).
The following table helps understand the luminous signalizations.
