10. STEAM Program
The ingredients are laid out on a special container

While cooking, it is recommended to keep the cover closed. Caution! The availability of liquid in the bowl is
required. Do not fill the bowl with water by more than 1/4 of the bowl capacity. Default time 30 minutes. You
can choose from 5 minutes to 2,5 hour. Default temperature is 99°С.
11. REHEAT Program
The program is used to preheat already cooked meals. While cooking, it is recommended to keep the cover
closed. Some dishes require controlling the heating degree while preheating by stirring and turning, in this
case you can open the cover. The default time is 25 minutes. You can choose from 5 minutes to 2,5 hour.
Default temperature is 115°С.
12. VEGETABLE Program
While cooking, it is recommended to keep the cover closed. The default time is 30 min. You can choose from
5 minutes to 2,5 hour. Default temperature is 93°С.
13. OATMEAL Program
While cooking, it is recommended to keep the cover closed. The default time is 20 minutes. You can choose
from 5 minutes to 2,5 hour. The default temperature is 95°С.
14. SLOW COOK Program
The program simulates the process of cooking in the oven. The dish is being cooked by a very long and
slow stewing under constantly increasing temperature, which allows preserving the wholesome features of
products and give them a unique taste. While cooking, it is recommended to keep the cover closed. Prefrying
of ingredients is made in FRY program in accordance with the recipe. Default time is 4 hours. You can choose
from 5 min to 9,5 hours. Gradual temperature: 85°С–95°С.
15. Program MILK
The program for milk heating. While cooking, it is recommended to keep the cover closed. The default time is
10 minutes. You can choose from 5 minutes to 2 hours 55 minutes. Default temperature is 65-70°С.
16. BAKE Program
The program is used for baking vegetables, meat, and fish. While cooking, it is recommended to keep the
cover closed. The default time is 55 minutes. You can choose from 5 minutes to 2 hours 55 minutes. Default
tem¬perature is 155-160°С.
17. YOGURT Program
The program maintains a constant temperature (35-38°C) required for bifidus bacteria growth and producing
yogurt of milk and culture. While cooking, it is recommended to keep the cover closed. The default time is 8
hours. You can choose from 6 to 12 hours.
18. SAUSAGE/DUMPLINGS Program
While cooking, it is recommended to keep the cover closed to boil the water, after adding the products into the
bowl – the cover should be opened as much foam is formed while cooking. Caution! Open the cover carefully
and add the products. It is recommended to pour water up to half the bowl. Maximum water amount is 2/3
of bowl capacity. The default time is 15 minutes. You can choose from 5 minutes to 2,5 hours. Temperature
is 99°С.
19. STEW Program
This program is designed to prepare stews, meat, and vegetable dishes. While cooking, it is recommended
to keep the cover closed. Pre-frying the ingredients should be made in FRY program in accordance with the
recipe. Caution! The availability of liquid in the bowl is required. The default time is 45 minutes. You can choose
from 5 minutes to 2 hour 55 minutes. Default temperature is 93-97°C.
20. JAM Program
The program is designed to make jams. While cooking, it is recommended to keep the cover open and stir
periodically as foam is possible.The default time is 4 hour 30 min. You can choose from 5 minutes to 9,5 hours.
Default temperature is 102°С. Caution! The availability of liquid in the bowl is required.
21. Program CLEAR SOUP
While cooking, it is recommended to keep the cover closed. The default time is 30 minutes You can choose
from 5 minutes to 2 hour 55 minutes. The default temperature is 85-98°С.
22. STERILIZERATION Program
Place the steam container into the bowl. Place the capacity with sterilization ware into the steam container.
Pour water into the bowl so that it does not exceed 1/2 of its volume. The default time is 15 minutes. You can
choose from 5 minutes to 2,5 hours. The temperature is 160°C. Keep the cover closed.
23. MILK PORRIDGE Program
While cooking, it is recommended to keep the cover closed. The default time is 30 hour. You can choose from
5 minutes to 2 hour 55 minutes. The temperature is 85-93°С.
