4-3. Record Operations
4-3-1. VIEW Mode
Set camera to VIEW mode. You can confirm that the camera is in VIEW mode on the video
monitor and in the Camera Status Display Area of the PC’s CAMERA CONTROL window.
In STOP mode, click VIEW button to change to VIEW mode.
In SAVE mode, if you are saving data or if you are waiting for settings to be completed in
the System Settings Area, wait for operation to end, and then click VIEW button to
change to VIEW mode.
In other modes, click the STOP button to change to STOP mode, then click the VIEW
button to change to VIEW mode.
VIEW mode can set recording parameters. (See 4-2-3. “Record Settings Area”, and 4-2-6.
“System Settings Area”.)
4-3-2. ARM Mode
In ARM mode, record to memory is started and system waits for a trigger.
Click ARM button.
Mode changes to ARM mode, and system waits for a trigger. To cancel, click STOP
button. When you cancel, if the segment setting is two or four segments, then only the
segments recorded by the trigger are valid.
When you change to ARM mode, any image recorded in memory will be lost.
Therefore, if there is a needed recorded image in memory, first save the image
before starting record to memory.
