4. Operation 

The VFC-1000 camera contains all the software and data needed for camera control. Internet 
Explorer, which is supplied with Windows, is used to control the camera, so there is no need to 
install special software applications. 

 

4-1. System Setup 

4-1-1. Startup Screen 

 

Connect equipment as described in 3-2. “Cable Connections”. 

 

Turn on the camera and monitor. After about 30 seconds, the camera’s live screen will 

be displayed with camera version and other information (Fig. 4-1-1). (Noise will appear 
on the monitor during camera initialization. This is not a failure of the equipment.)
