From the ‘Start’ menu, select ‘Programs’ ‘Accessories’ ‘Command prompt’ to
display the command prompt window.
In the command window, type “ping 192.168.2.1xx” (xx denotes the IP address of the
camera being connected), then press Enter key.
If the reply shows four lines as below, then setting is normal.
“Reply from 192.168.2.1xx: bytes=32 time=10ms TTL=255”
If a reply message appears as below, then the setting is not properly completed.
“Request timeout.”
“Reply from 192.168.2.1xx: Destination host unreachable.”
