3.2.7.2. Measurements

The boiler is equipped with a tower allowing for air intake/ﬂue gas discharge duct connection (pic. 14 and pic. 15). The tower is designed
with two pre-arranged openings directly accessing air and ﬂue gas ducts (pic. 15).
Remove cap A from the pre-arranged openings on the tower, before starting combustion checking procedure (pic. 14).
In order to verify combustion performance the following measurements must be implemented:
- assess combustion air from no. 1 opening (pic. 15).
- assess ﬂue gas temperature and CO

2

from no. 2 opening (pic. 15).

Allow boiler to reach working temperature before performing any measurement.
