User Manual - Flow Fitness PERFORM B3i - 71

Use

Now select the i-CONSOLE product and a blue dot will appear to confirm the selection. After selecting the

iConsole press next.

Select the Exercise bike or Elliptical icon depending on you iConsole product. Then press OK.

Now you can name your profile. After naming your profile you can return to the main menu by selecting the

arrow “Profile details” in the top left corner of the screen.

You can now start training on one of the many Kinomap Fitness video’s.
