The is a Flender Condition Monitoring System.

It consists of the control cabinet and the DX Site-Server.

In the control cabinet, the signals from the sensors installed in the drive train are
digitised; in some cases, the signals are preprocessed.

The control cabinet is connected to the DX Site-Server via Ethernet. This perman-
ently monitors the condition of components subject to wear and critical machine elements.

Tunnel software establishes a connection to the Flender Remote Service Center. This en-
ables a monitoring service by Condition Monitoring experts.
