Danger to life due to electric shock
Contact with live components can result in an electric shock.
• Prior to starting work, switch off the power supply to the system via the mains discon-
nection device.
• Secure the system against being switched on accidentally.
• Close the mains disconnection device and put up warning signs.
• When working around rotating parts, also press an emergency stop button.
• Ensure that no touchable wires/strands protrude from the terminals.
• Carefully observe the safety information in the legally valid standards and regulations
for the operation of electrical systems.
NOTICE
Risk of property damage to the control cabinet, DX site server and connec-
ted devices
Incorrect wiring of the process signals leads to malfunctions of the control cab-
inet, DX Site-Server and connected devices.
• Ensure that the terminal assignment is correct
Information
The product portfolio works with standardised control cabinets.
Individualisation takes place via the sensor packages and how they are placed in the con-
trol cabinet.
Ensure you have the wiring diagram that matches the sensor package and gear unit type.
If in doubt, contact Flender Service and request a wiring diagram.
