Positioning the Device
PLEASE NOTE!
■
Always place the device on a dry,
fl

stable and non-slip surface. Delicate
fl
oor coverings should be protected
with a non-slip mat or similar.
■
Some parts of the device are greased
or oiled. While moving the device do
not touch the pulleys / shafts.
Depending on your height, leave enough
space on all sides of the training device
(at least 1 metre to the sides, 2 metres
above it), so that there is enough room to
move during training (
Picture D
). In addi-
tion, the clearance space needs to be at
least 0.6 m larger than the exercise area
in the direction from which the training
device is accessed. The clearance space
must include the space required for an
emergency dismount. If training devices
are set up in the immediate vicinity of one
another, they can share one clearance
space.
Setting Up the Device for Training

10, 15
) to
push the collapsed training device
(

) to the location you want.
Hold it by the middle handle (

2. Make sure that there is enough space
around the training device so that you
cannot bump into walls, furniture, etc.
during the workout.

5
) into
the holder (
3
).

hold the training device by the
middle handle (
8
