GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR DIGITAL MICROSCOPES
The microscopes that are fitted with a built in camera are used in the same manner as the standard
microscopes but with the additional feature of digital imaging. Your microscope is fully functional as
a conventional compound or stereo microscope. The following instructions apply to operation of the
microscope. Refer to the Quick Start Guide located on your CD for installation of the software and
operation.
MODEL S71011
Built-in digital camera with 800x600 resolution. Supplied
with Motic Images software, allowing the user to view,
capture, label, manipulate and measure images. In
order to achieve optimum results, it is important that you
carefully read the instructions for software located on
Motic Images CD.
DIN 4X, 10X, sealed 40X and sealed S100X oil immersion
lenses; widefield 10X eyepiece; sleeve mounted 1.25
Abbe condenser with iris diaphragm; and variable LED
illuminating system included.
You must charge batteries prior to using this instrument.
