9.4.3 Edit OPG Template
1.
Enter the Installer Code. The panel will automatically go to the Main Menu.
2.
Select 7 for Panel Programming.
3.
Press 3 to enter group Menu.
4.
Press 3 to edit OPG Template.
5.
Enter the Template number, then press ENTER
6.
Press ENTER on the template name to edit the name.
You can use words to display a descriptive name for a group.

Right arrow to the OPG and select Yes or No to select which Output Group to include in the template.
9.5 Point
You may need to change characteristics of individual input points (detectors and switches) even after using JumpStart Autoprogramming.
This section explains how to change options for: type of point, latching/non-latching, silenceable/non-silenceable, zone assignment (input
points), detector accessory base options, group assignment (output points), and point name.
9.5.1 Point Programming For SLC
To program for points, follow these steps:
1.
Enter the Installer Code.
2.
Select 7 for Program Menu.
3.
Press 4 to enter point Menu.
4.
Press the up or down arrows to select the desired module. refer to Section 8.5 Quick Reference Table for available choices.
5.
Enter the number of the point you wish to edit, then press ENTER.
6.
Select the type of device by pressing the up or down arrows. Refer to Table 9.4 under the column heading “Type Selection” for a list of
choices.
