MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
When stopping this power tool for the purpose of performing maintenance, inspection or storage, always top
the engine,disconnect the cable socket from the spark plug and make sure that all moving parts have come
to a stop. Before carrying out any adjustment or inspection, wait until this power tool cools down.
Store this hedge trimmer in such places where there is no source of an open fl ame or sparking in its vicinity.
Always allow this hedge trimmer to cool down before storing it.
Always put the protective cover on to the blade bar before transporting or storing it.
Make sure that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened to ensure the safe operation of this power tool.
Always allow the engine of the power tool to cool down before storing it.
To limit the risk of causing a fi re, make sure that there are no plant material residues or excess lubricant on
the engine, exhaust muffl er or the fuel tank.
For safety reasons, replace worn out or damaged parts.
Fuel may only be drained from the petrol tank outdoors.
