Removing the IO board 

 
The procedure for removing the IO board with serial/parallel/PS2 ports are as follows: 
 
1.  There are four screws on the rear side as the pictures shown.

5.5.13   Removing / Replacing the Motherboard 

 

The motherboard contains the major chipset and components needed to run the MB05 
notebook. Follow the steps below on how to remove and replace the motherboard:  

1.  Before removing the motherboard, you need first to disassemble the all basis unit 

modules mentioned in the previous sections.  

 

2.  On the motherboard, please make sure to remove the five hex bolts and 4 screws and 

one cable on the rear side of the system.
