Fitting Proceed as follows:
Please note
Before fitting, check the condition and position of the fol
lowing seals:
the seal of the electronic module
the ring seal of the electrical contact
the cord seal of the valve plates or blanking plates
1. Place the electronic module in the sub−base.
2. Tighten the screws of the electronic module with
with 0.25 Nm.
3. Then fit the valve plates or blanking plates (see section
Fitting valve plates or blanking plates").

Caution
Replace an electronic module only by an electronic module
of the same type.
You can then avoid problems in controlling the valve
solenoid coils and damage to the electrical contacts.
The following types are available:
type VMPA1−MP−EMS− 4 : Electronic module with 4 out
puts. One valve solenoid coil can be controlled per valve
location.
type VMPA1−MP−EMS− 8 : Electronic module with 8 outputs.
Two valve solenoid coils can be controlled per valve loca
tion.
