Before fitting the electronic module
There are different designs of the electronic module depend
ing on the connection variant.
MPA valve terminal with CPX terminal
Please note
Features of the MPA valve terminal with CPX terminal de
pend on the type of electronic module fitted, e.g.:
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
Switching off the valve power supply at all poles
You must observe the instructions in the manual for the
CPX I/O modules if you wish to fit an electronic module of
a different type.
Recommendation:
Replace only with electronic modules of the same type.
The following types are available:
Type VMPA1−FB−EM G −8: electronic module with 8 outputs
and electrical isolation of the supply voltages.
Type VMPA1−FB−EM S −8: electronic module with 8 outputs
without electrical isolation of the supply voltages.
The electronic modules type VMPA1−FB−... support the control
of two valve solenoid coils per valve location.
