Avoid external influence caused by magnetic or ferrite parts in the vicinity of
the proximity switches. (10mm clearance to slot nuts).
To protect the end positions:

Use emergency buffers. These are attached to the shock absorber retainer.
To prevent soiling:

Use slot covers in all unused grooves.

Note
If used in safety−relevant applications additional measures are necessary.
In Europe, e.g. the standards listed in the EC machine directive, must be
observed.
Without additional measures in accordance with legally specified minimum
requirements, the product is not suitable as a safety relevant component in
control systems.
