IN AN EMERGENCY
Battery-charger
(optional)
Upon request, the vehicle can come
equipped with a special connector to
connect a battery charger, in order
to keep the battery charged and for
emergency charging.
For using the device, see the instructions
contained in the kit.
TOWING THE VEHICLE
Tow hook
When towing the vehicle, use only the
attachment point provided for the
towing hook
A which must be inserted
into its seat B .
• Take the tow hook out of the toolkit
bag.
• Screw the hook tightly into its seat B .
• Position the gearshift lever in neutral
(
N for vehicles with “F1” gearbox).
CAUTION
The applicable driving and traffic
regulations must be followed when the
vehicle is being towed.
Do not tow the vehicle using a hook
attached to the suspension levers and
wheel rims, but only onto the tow hook
properly fitted in its seat.
Hold the key in position
II to allow the
lights to work and to prevent locking
of the steering wheel in the event of
steering.
Keep in mind that the power steering and
brake servo will not be working when the
engine is turned off.
