[Description]Selects a mode for cutting paper and executes paper cutting. The value
of m selects the mode as follows:

Print Mode
<01>H
Cuts paper in the current position
<42>H
Feeds paper (cutting po [n x 0,125mm]), and cuts the paper.

Cutting position is the distance between the thermal head and the cutter (16mm).

This command is effective only when processed at the beginning of a line.
•
After cutting the ticket, the printer always feeds the paper back to the printing
position.

The printer cuts paper at the current position, even when the Optical Mark is enabled.
