The instructions contained in this manual must be
strictly followed, it should be carefully read and kept close
at hand to use when carrying out maintenance on the
indicated parts.
If the machine is used carefully and normal
maintenance is carried out, it will work well for a long
time.
The functions and use of the tool you have bought
shall be only those described in this manual. Any other
use of the tool is strictly forbidden.

ASSEMBLY
WARNING!
For your own safety, never connect the
plug to power source outlet until all assembly steps are
completed and you have read and understood the safety
and operational instructions.
NOTE:
Move all parts to the desired work site before
assembling them together. Follow the assembly instruction
and carefully assemble the tool with the help of a second
person.
Transport the Saw (Fig. 1)
To avoid damage, never carry the mitre saw by the
switch handle, the cutting arm or the mitre handle. ALWAYS
use the designated carrying handle (1) and (23). (Fig. 1)
WARNING!
The power tool should always be carried
by two persons in order to avoid back injuries.
Unlocking the Slide Carriage (Fig. 2)
After removing the saw from the carton, loosen the
slide carriage lock knob (1). When transporting or storing
the mitre saw, the slide carriage should always be locked in
position.
Lock the Cutting Head (Fig. 3)
WARNING!
To avoid injury and damage to the saw,
transport or store the mitre saw with the cutting head in the
down position. NEVER use the lock pin to hold the cutting
head in a down position for cutting operations.
To unlock the cutting head from the collapsed position:
1. Push down slightly on the cutting head (1) and the
lock lever (21-Fig. 1).
2. Pull out the lock pin (2).
3. Allow the cutting head to rise to the uppermost
position.
When transporting or storing the mitre saw, the cutting
head should always be locked in the down position:
1. Push the lock lever (21-Fig. 1) and cutting head (1)
