8.10.2 Maintenance work
Periodically clean the rollers and rubber inserts with
compressed air, to avoid that any working residues or
saw dust reduces the friction necessary for good panel
through feed.
In case the surface of the rubber inserts and rollers no
longer have a good adherence it is possible to use a
solvent to clean them. Before doing so, put on protective
gloves, wet a cloth with the solvent and one by one clean
the rollers and rubber inserts.

To clean the rollers it is necessary to stop all machine
functions, whilst for the rubber inserts, lift up to 45 mm
the pressure bar, clean the inserts with feeding stopped,
forward the inserts with button, stop the chain and then
continue to clean.
When machine is turned off, main switch pad-locked and
compressed air disconnected, you can then proceed with
inside cleaning of the chain feeder.
Loosen the fixing screws 1 fig. 41 of the cover 2 fig. 41,
blow the air in manner to remove all working residues.
Replace the cover.
