8.3.2 Set glue temperature

The electronic temperature adjuster must be positioned

on temperature which is suggested by manufacturer (in

factory normally adjusted at 200°C).

The quantity of glue to be spread can be adjusted.

When edging check the glue level in the pot and if ne-

cessary fill up as indicated in point a.

8.3.3 Exclusion of glue pot

The glue pot can be excluded by acting on the knob. At

the factory the glue pot is excluded to avoid any dam-

ages during transport. Always exclude the glue pot when

machine is travelling.

8.3.4 Maintenance: lubrication, adjustable torque control, substitution burnt glue,
substitution of burnt glue

Lubrication must be made only when machine is turned

on and the glue spreader is turning.

Use grease gun supplied with service box by inserting

it on the nozzle. Use lubricating grease for hot bearings

Arexons GC 300.

Lubrication must be done ecery 24-32 hours of working

with the machine.
