Setup and installation
The machine has to be connected to a dust extractor.
Requirements for the dust extraction system and hoses:
Flush and radius trimming module
Dust extraction port-diameter 120 mm
Air speed, rpm 25 m/s
Vacuum, rpm 15 Pa
Volume flow, rpm (New at Format4 20 m/s) 900 1900 m³/h
• The dust extraction system must produce the required
vacuum and air flow.
• Connect the dust extraction system to the machine in
such a way so as to operate in unison with the ma-
chine.
• The dust extraction hoses must be electrically conduc-
tive and grounded to prevent electrostatic loading.
Before putting the machine into operation for the first
time, inspect it for defects.

Connect to an efficient dust extraction system the
120 mm. For a correct functioning it is necessary that the
air speed of the dust outlets is not below 20 mt/1“.
When working with machine with flush trimming in
function, the dust extraction system must be in use.
The quality of edgebanding work, the good conditions of
the machine and its longlasting depends on the quality
of the dust extracion system.
