*3) Maximum measurement range in hybrid mode
In the case of pulse Doppler method, the measurable range varies depending on the piping specifications and the
type of sensors used. If the measurement is to be made by hybrid method, set the full scale within the range that
does not exceed the measurement range. If the full scale exceeds the measurement range, select the time difference
method for measurement. After selecting the piping specifications and the sensor type, check the measurement
range within the maximum measurement data information range. See “6.1.2.3.” for details of checking.
The following table lists the maximum range in the case where stainless steel is selected as piping material,
Schedule 20S as nominal wall thickness, and water as fluid to be measured.
