SYSTEM INSTALLATION / MOUNTING
DECK MOUNT
Locate an area for the stand to be mounted. It should not be mounted above any
electrical equipment in case a leak develops over time. Be sure to allow enough
room to access the valves and HMI touchscreen. To minimize the noise level
from pump, do not mount over void areas or compartments that can act as
echo chambers. Using four 3/8" lag bolts mount the panel to the solid deck.
WALL MOUNT
Find a suitable location to mount the filter and panel assembly. Do not install
above any electrical equipment. Also, the filter needs to drop down 4" to change the
cartridge. Be sure to allow enough room to access the valves and HMI touchscreen. To
minimize the noise level from pump, do not mount over void areas or compartments
that can act as echo chambers. Using nine 3/8" lag bolts, secure to solid bulkhead.
MODULAR MOUNT
Find a suitable location to mount the filter assembly. Do not install above
any electrical equipment. Also, the filter needs to drop down 4" to change
the cartridge. The inlet source of water for the assembly is the dockside fresh
water. The outlet connects to the panel. Using the eight 5/16" x 1-1/2" lag
bolts and 5/16" washers included on the filter, secure to solid bulkhead.

equipment. Be sure to allow enough room to access the valves and HMI touchscreen.

that can act as echo chambers. Using nine 3/8" lag bolts, secure to solid bulkhead.
FRESH WATER PRESSURE VESSEL
Locate an area for the vessel set to be mounted. The set can be mounted vertically
or horizontally. It should not be mounted above any electrical equipment in case
a leak develops over time. If the ambient temperature of the mounting location
will exceed 120ºF, it will be necessary to relocate the pressure vessel to a cooler
environment. Additional tubing may be needed. Allow 40" on either side of
vessel if you plan to service vessels in the future without dismounting.
Mount the pressure vessel set with 1/4" lag bolts, quantity of four.
Please refer to the appropriate footprint and layout diagrams
from "DIMENSIONS, WEIGHT & FOOTPRINTS" on page
27, and mount the components as described below.
