Assembly Instructions
ASSEMBLE MAIN FRAME: Assemble Frame—continued
4. Take an outer frame tube and slide it onto the support arms of
the end support frames as shown. Assemble main frame from the
bottom and work toward the top.
5. Secure 2-way fitting to the support arms of each end support
frame. See insert below.
6. Move to the center of the outer frame tube, slide the loose 2-way
fitting so it aligns with the open socket of the 4-way fitting of the mid
support.
7. Take one 36" support arm (S15P036), slide it through the 2-way
fitting of the outer tube, and into the 4-way fitting of the mid
support.
8. Set six (6) 113157 fodder tray supports in place
on each side
of
the mid support frame to center the mid support frame between the
end supports.
ATTENTION:
The 113157 tray supports serve to center the mid
support frame between the two end supports. Adjust the mid
support frame as needed to allow the 113157 braces to install tight
to the top of the support arms at the middle of all support arms.
Do not secure these supports to the frame at this time. They
are removed to allow for the assembly of the remaining frame
components.
