1.5 DESCRIPTION AND TECHNICAL FEATURES

The FANTOZZI motorised concertina loft ladder is equipped with an electromechanical actuator to unfold
and fold the ladder. The ladder is composed of a folded aluminium ladder pack, twin lateral telescopic
handrails, top landing handles, control devices, flashlight, carpeted treads and fastening brackets.

The ladder can be operated by radio-remote control and/or pushbutton panel and is equipped with a
manual emergency release device which allows unfolding the ladder in the event of a power failure only
when standing on the lower floor.
