5. MAINTENANCE
5.1 SAFETY FOR MAINTENANCE
Any maintenance or adjustment operation must be carried out only after having put the ladder in a safe
state.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for damage to persons or fixtures and fittings deriving from
inobservance of the safety regulations during maintenance.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage to persons or fixtures and fittings deriving
from improper, incorrect or negligent maintenance.
Before carrying out any maintenance operation, disconnect the ladder from the power circuit by pulling
out the plug and/or opening the disconnection device.
The maintenance and repair operations on the ladder may only be carried out by skilled persons.
It is prohibited to carry out maintenance, lubrication and repair operations while the ladder is moving.
After each maintenance operation, always refit all the parts removed before reconnecting it to the power
supply.
5.2 MAINTENANCE AND PERIODIC INSPECTIONS
The FANTOZZI ladders require very little maintenance.
It is nevertheless advisable to periodically check proper functioning by visually inspecting the main parts
and devices.
To this end, follow the maintenance plan indicated in the table below.

5.3 EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Extraordinary maintenance operations, such as fault repairs, spring tension adjustment, part removal and
refitting must be carried out by skilled professional persons. It is advisable to have these operations carried
